Talent Scouting

Through our rigorous selection process, we present the best candidates who are a perfect fit for your organization. The process includes the following steps:

1. Mapping: From your job description and requirements, we build a profile suitable for the role.

2. Marketing and head hunting: We advertise the job through physical and digital marketing. Simultaneously, we engage in head hunting through the personal and professional network of Chalmers Rekrytering.

3. Interview: Project Managers and HR conduct a competence-based interview grounded on the recruitment profile.

4. Delivery & Decision: We provide a presentation with a summary and CV of the best candidates. You meet the candidates and decide how to proceed further.
